Terms of Use

Draft, pre-legal-review. English is the authoritative version; the Japanese is a convenience translation. These Terms take effect on the publication date. Last updated: 2026-06-23 (draft).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using ISAAC.GG (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. These Terms apply to both the free and paid (“Pro”) tiers.

2. Description of the Service

ISAAC.GG is a passive coaching companion for Overwatch™ 2. It uses official Overwolf Game Events to recognise the measurable shape of the player’s own deaths and matches, and presents short coaching tips, a hero knowledge library, match history, and a progress dashboard. Coaching is shown after the player’s own death (during respawn) and after matches — never during active combat. The App does not read game memory, reveal live enemy positions, assist aim, or modify the game.

3. Eligibility and Account

The App runs on the Overwolf platform and requires an Overwolf account. You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. You must meet the minimum age required by Overwolf and by applicable law in your country.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the App to gain any unfair or prohibited advantage in Overwatch, or in any way that violates the game’s terms of service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code or proprietary knowledge content, except where permitted by law;
  • resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App’s coaching content without permission;
  • interfere with, overload, or abuse the App’s backend services (including the AI analysis service);
  • circumvent the ad-supported free tier or the Pro subscription checks.

5. Free Tier and Advertising

The free tier is supported by advertising served through Overwolf’s advertising solution, which may include rewarded video ads. By using the free tier you consent to the display of these ads through Overwolf.

6. Pro Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

  • Pro unlocks premium features, including the AI death-review, and removes ad gating.
  • Pro is processed through Overwolf’s subscription system (Tebex). Billing, renewal, and payment are governed by Overwolf’s and Tebex’s terms in addition to these Terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time; after cancellation you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for (then it ends). This mirrors Overwolf states (PENDING_CANCELLATION → EXPIRED).
  • Refunds are handled per Overwolf’s and Tebex’s policies and applicable consumer-protection law.
  • Prices and plan contents may change; changes apply to future billing periods and are communicated in advance where required.

7. AI Death-Review (Pro)

When you start an AI death-review, you consent to a short clip of your own death being uploaded to our analysis service (using a third-party AI provider) for processing. The analysis is generated by an automated system, is for educational purposes only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and should be treated as suggestion, not fact. The data processed and any cross-border transfer are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and its coaching/knowledge content are owned by ISAAC.GG and protected by applicable IP laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. No ownership is transferred.

9. Third-Party Services and Game Content

The App relies on third-party services including the Overwolf platform and its Game Events, the Tebex payment platform, and an automated AI analysis service, each subject to their own terms. Overwatch and related names, logos, and assets are the property of their respective owners (see §11).

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. ISAAC.GG does not guarantee any specific improvement, rank gain, or competitive result. Coaching content is informational and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate, particularly after game patches.

11. Trademarks and Non-Affiliation

Overwatch™ and Overwatch™ 2 are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. ISAAC.GG is an independent, third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored by, or associated with Blizzard Entertainment or any of its affiliates. All game names, hero names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ISAAC.GG and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or the minimum permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law applicable to you.

13. Termination

You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. On termination the licence in §8 ends; sections that should survive (e.g. §8, §10, §11, §12) continue to apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The Tokyo District Court is the agreed court of first instance; for consumers this is non-exclusive and does not deprive you of mandatory consumer-protection rights or competent courts. The English version is authoritative; any translation is for convenience only.

Operator: ISAAC.GG (trade name). Our legal name, address, and contact are disclosed promptly on request. Questions about these Terms: support@isaacgg.com. These Terms take effect on the publication date.

1. 規約への同意

ISAAC.GG（以下「本アプリ」）をインストールまたは利用した時点で、本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリをインストール・利用しないでください。本規約は無料プラン・有料プラン（以下「Pro」）の双方に適用されます。

2. サービスの内容

ISAAC.GG は Overwatch™ 2 のためのパッシブ・コーチング・コンパニオンです。Overwolf の公式ゲームイベントを用いて、プレイヤー自身のデスや試合の「計測できる型」を認識し、短いコーチングのヒント、ヒーロー知識図鑑、試合履歴、進捗ダッシュボードを提供します。コーチングは自分が倒された後（リスポーン中）や試合後にのみ表示され、戦闘中には表示しません。本アプリはゲームのメモリ読み取り・敵の現在位置の表示・エイム補助・ゲームの改変を一切行いません。

3. 利用資格とアカウント

本アプリは Overwolf プラットフォーム上で動作し、Overwolf アカウントが必要です。アカウントの管理および当該アカウント下での行為についてはご利用者の責任とします。Overwolf および各国法令で定める最低年齢を満たす必要があります。

4. 禁止事項

  • Overwatch において不正・禁止された有利を得る目的での利用、またはゲームの利用規約に違反する態様での利用
  • 法令で認められる場合を除く、リバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル・ソースコードや独自の知識コンテンツの抽出
  • 許可なくコーチングコンテンツを再販・再配布・商業的に利用すること
  • バックエンドサービス（AI 解析サービスを含む）への妨害・過負荷・濫用
  • 広告付き無料プランや Pro サブスクリプションの確認を回避すること

5. 無料プランと広告

無料プランは Overwolf の広告ソリューションを通じて配信される広告（リワード型動画広告を含む）により支えられています。無料プランを利用することで、これらの広告の表示に同意したものとします。

6. Pro サブスクリプション・課金・解約

  • Pro はプレミアム機能（AI デス解析を含む）を解放し、広告ゲートを解除します。
  • Pro の決済は Overwolf のサブスクリプション基盤（Tebex）を通じて行われ、課金・更新・支払いは本規約に加えて Overwolf および Tebex の規約に従います。
  • サブスクリプションは解約するまで自動更新されます。いつでも解約でき、解約後もすでにお支払い済みの期間の満了まで Pro を利用できます（以降終了）。これは Overwolf の状態（PENDING_CANCELLATION → EXPIRED）に対応します。
  • 返金は Overwolf・Tebex の方針および適用される消費者保護法に従って取り扱います。
  • 価格・プラン内容は変更される場合があります。変更は将来の課金期間に適用し、必要な場合は事前に通知します。

7. AI デス解析（Pro）

AI デス解析を開始すると、ご利用者自身のデスの短いクリップを、解析のため当方の解析サービス（第三者の AI 提供者を利用）へアップロードすることに同意したものとみなします。解析は自動システムにより生成され、教育目的で提供され、不完全・不正確な場合があります。事実ではなく示唆として扱ってください。処理されるデータ・国外移転の有無はプライバシーポリシーに記載します。

8. 知的財産

本アプリ、そのデザイン、コーチング・知識コンテンツは ISAAC.GG に帰属し、適用される知的財産法で保護されます。本規約は、本来の目的のために本アプリを利用する、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不可・撤回可能なライセンスを付与するものです。所有権は移転しません。

9. 第三者サービスとゲームコンテンツ

本アプリは Overwolf プラットフォームおよびそのゲームイベント、Tebex 決済プラットフォーム、自動 AI 解析サービスなどの第三者サービスを利用し、これらの利用には各社の規約も適用されます。Overwatch 関連の名称・ロゴ・アセットは各権利者に帰属します（11 項参照）。

10. 免責

本アプリは「現状有姿（as is）」「提供可能な範囲（as available）」で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。ISAAC.GG は特定の上達・ランクの向上・競技的結果のいずれも保証しません。コーチングコンテンツは情報提供であり、特にゲームのパッチ後など、不完全・古い・不正確な場合があります。

11. 商標・非提携

Overwatch™ および Overwatch™ 2 は Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. の商標です。ISAAC.GG は独立した第三者アプリであり、Blizzard Entertainment およびその関連会社とは提携・承認・後援・関連を一切持ちません。ゲーム名・ヒーロー名・関連標章は各権利者に帰属し、識別・説明の目的でのみ使用します。

12. 責任の制限

適用される法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、ISAAC.GG およびその運営者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じる間接・付随的・特別・結果的・懲罰的損害、およびデータの喪失について責任を負いません。責任を排除できない場合、その責任は請求前 12 か月間にご利用者が支払った金額、または法令で認められる最小限に限定されます。なお、当方の故意・重過失による損害、および強行的な消費者保護法により免責・制限できない責任については、この限定は適用されません。

13. 利用終了

ご利用者はいつでも本アプリの利用を停止しアンインストールできます。本規約違反やサービスの濫用があった場合、当方はアクセスを停止・終了できます。終了時、8 項のライセンスは終了し、性質上存続すべき条項（例: 8・10・11・12 項）は引き続き適用されます。

14. 規約の変更

当方は本規約を随時更新することがあります。重要な変更はアプリ内その他の合理的な方法で通知します。変更の効力発生後に利用を継続した場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

15. 準拠法・紛争

本規約は 日本法 に準拠します。紛争については 東京地方裁判所 を第一審の合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし消費者であるご利用者については専属的ではなく、強行的な消費者保護法による保護や法律上認められる管轄裁判所を妨げません。英語版が正文であり、翻訳は便宜のためのものです。

16. 連絡先・運営者

運営者: ISAAC.GG（商号）。正式名称・所在地・連絡先は、ご請求があれば遅滞なく開示します。本規約に関するお問い合わせ: support@isaacgg.com。本規約は公開日から効力を生じます。
